Although Romanians are a very temperamental people, you don’t have to worry about this dish being too spicy. And thanks to the preparation with the multifunctional pressure cooker of the Czech brand Salente Cuco, you can prepare it conveniently and in a relatively short time.
Close and seal the lid according to the instructions. Program the cooker to the Meat/Stew function for 18-20 minutes.
Sauce:
Place the flour and water in a bowl and mix well.
Add the cream and stir until the ingredients are combined. Add the pepper.
Stirring:
After 18-20 minutes, release the pressure in the pot as directed.
Stirring constantly, add about 2-3 ladlefuls of hot sauce from the pot to the cream base – slowly so the cream doesn’t curdle.
Then pour the cream base over the beans and let cook for 5 minutes on the Saute function with the lid open.
Finally, add the finely chopped parsley.
