150 g groats 2 tbsp lard 1.5 liters water 3 pcs potatoes 100 g root Vegetable Recipes 40 g dried mushrooms 1 pcs onion a little ligurček 1/2 KL crushed cumin to taste salt 2 cloves garlic to taste soup seasoning a little parsley

Rinse the turnips with boiling water, drain and fry in lard. Pour water over them, stir and cook until semi-soft.

Add diced potatoes, root Vegetable Recipes, soaked mushrooms, onion rings, chopped squid, cumin, salt and cook until tender.

Flavour the hot soup with pressed garlic, soup seasoning and finely chopped parsley. Serve with fresh bread as a separate dish.
