Farmer’s knees

ingredients

300 g whole wheat rings 1 KL sea salt 1 cup cooked chickpeas 200 g organic rice cream 1 pk leek 1 cup sauerkraut 2 tbsp umeocote 2 tbsp organic sesame oil

procedure

1. Put the sea salt in filtered water and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, pour in the whole wheat pasta and cook for 5 – 10 minutes, letting it cook for another 3 – 5 minutes if needed. 2. Then drain the pasta water, stir the finely chopped leeks, finely chopped sauerkraut, cooked chickpeas and rice cream into the hot pasta. 3. If we want to soften the sauerkraut, we can fry the leeks, cabbage and chickpeas in sesame oil and simmer it together for 5 minutes. Finally, season the pasta with sesame oil and umeoct.
