We are very fond of cabbage and love salads with almost everything. I’ve tried a few and now I finally have a recipe for a salad we used to buy at the local deli.
1.
Wash and chop the kale into small strips and transfer to a large bowl.
2.
Clean the remaining Vegetable Recipes and cut into small cubes. The smaller the better. If the carrots are too hard, you can boil them briefly before slicing. Add the chopped Vegetable Recipes to the bowl with the cabbage.
3.
In a smaller pot boil water (about 1liter), add sugar (3PL), vinegar (3PL), salt and a little parsley, it can be dried. Bring to the boil and pour over the salad. Mix everything well, add a little oil and season with salt and pepper to taste if necessary.
4.
From such a quantity you will come out a few glasses, just pickle the salad and refrigerate. Enjoy!
