600 g plain flour 200 g powdered sugar 200 g honey 150 g Hera 1,5 tsp baking soda 2 pcs egg 2 tsp ground cinnamon 1 tsp crushed cloves

Mix all the ingredients together and make a dough which you let rest for 24 hours.

Then roll out the dough and cut out the gingerbread men.
3.
Brush with egg and bake at 200 C until fragrant, about 10 minutes.
