Fake Goose Liver

Pork or chicken liver prepared in this way tastes similar to goose liver and is cheaper.

Ingredients:

500 g of chicken or pork liver 4 pcs of egg 1 cup of whipped cream 1 teaspoon of veggie 1 tablespoon of lard pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Grind the chicken or pork liver finely
2. Add a cup of whipped cream, beaten eggs, season with pepper and salt
3. Mix the mixture thoroughly and transfer it to a greased mould, preferably from a venison loin

Recommendation:

The mixture can also be filled into smaller baking dishes or muffin tins (muffins), then the baking time is reduced by up to half.
