180 g non-fat lumpy cottage cheese 2 pcs eggs (hard-boiled) 2 tbsp sour cream 1 tsp mustard 1 pcs carrots 2 pcs pickled sour cucumbers onion to taste salt, black pepper ground to taste parsley fresh

Healthier version without artificial additives and preservatives.

Mix cottage cheese with sour cream and mustard, season the mixture with salt and pepper.

Grate the carrots and cucumbers. Chop the onion finely.

Add the grated Vegetable Recipes to the cottage cheese and mix.
4.
Finally grate the eggs into the mixture, mix lightly, season again if necessary. Garnish with parsley.
