6 pcs carrots 2 pcs parsley 1 handful parsley 1 handful parsley 1 handful chives 1/2 pcs broccoli to taste bear garlic to taste vegeta bio pinches chilli pepper to taste salt 2 KL olive oil 200 g oyster mushroom to taste fenugreek

Saute grated carrots, parsley and chopped oyster mushrooms in oil, after simmering for a while, cover with water, season with salt, veg and pepper. Cook for about 15-20 min until everything is soft. 5 min before boiling add broccoli, chives, parsley and bear garlic ( all finely chopped). Finally, blend it a bit with an immersion blender.
