500 g round grain rice 600 g boneless pork shoulder or leg 2 pcs medium onion 1 can sterilized Vegetable Recipes (peas, carrots, corn) salt, black pepper, rapeseed or olive oil as needed, red pepper minced 100 g grated hard cheese (eidam or parmesan)

Prepare the ingredients, rinse the rice several times with water. Put some oil in a bowl, add the rice season with salt as you like, you can also use veggies pour water. The water must be above the rice. Clean the onion and put on top of the rice. Put in a preheated oven for at least 25 minutes.

Wash the meat, cut into cubes, clean the onion, cut into small pieces heat the oil, fry until glassy add the meat. Season with pepper, salt, to taste, simmer under a lid. While stewing, pour in broth or warm water, add ground red pepper and simmer the meat until tender. Finally, mix with rice add sterilized Vegetable Recipes, which we drain from the brine. Mix and serve with grated cheese. Enjoy.
