125 g semi-coarse flour 1 pk egg 1 tbsp butter 2 tbsp granulated sugar 4 tbsp oil 1 packet baking powder 150 ml milk

A quick recipe for great pancakes, in which the rising and rising practically replaces the baking powder.

In a bowl, beat together the egg, butter, granulated sugar,oil and milk with a mixer. Add the flour and baking powder and mix again.

From the ingredients we get a batter that is thicker than pancake batter.

Prepare a pancake pan with a little oil and bake tasty pancakes.

From this mass we will get about 17-19 pancakes.

Serve with fruit, jam or just sprinkle with icing sugar.
