English Light Cream
Here is the recipe for light custard a vanilla flavored cream, easy and simple to prepare, to enjoy with fruit.
Ingredients for 4 people: – 4 points / person –
3 egg yolks 2 tablespoons sweetener 50 cl skim milk 1 vanilla bean 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Preparation:
Start by splitting the vanilla bean in half and scrape out the seeds.
Pour the milk into a saucepan then add the seeds and put on high heat.
Beat the egg yolks with the sweetener until they turn white.
Gradually add the milk and whisk.
Then add the cornflour, mix and then put back on the heat for 10 min while stirring.
Pour into ramekins then keep in the fridge for 3 hours and serve.
