English Beetroot Cakes

Potato cakes prepared from pre-cooked potatoes, minced pork or beef, sterilised beetroot, onion and other ingredients, fried in oil.

Ingredients:

750 g of minced meat 500 g boiled potatoes 4 pcs small sterilised beetroot 1 pcs onions 1 pc eggs 2 tbsp chopped parsley or chives pepper salt roasting pan flour for shaping cookies

Procedure:

1. Mix the grated or mashed potatoes with the minced meat, salt, pepper, grated beetroot, coarsely grated onion, parsley or chives and beaten egg
2. 3. Slowly fry them in oil.

Recommendation:

Serve them with tea, wine or beer.
