Eintopf II.

A thick lunch soup made with English bacon, smoked meat, onions, potatoes, root Vegetable Recipes and cabbage.

Ingredients:

150 g of pound smoked meat 150 g root Vegetable Recipes 150 g cabbage 100 g English bacon 1 teaspoon of rich broth 2 pcs of potatoes 1 pcs of onions 1 pc small can of white beans in brine 1 l of water ground pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Cut the English bacon, smoked meat and peeled onion into cubes and lightly fry
2. Add chopped root Vegetable Recipes, fry, pour water, add peeled, diced potatoes, salt, pepper and cook until semi-soft
3. Then add the chopped cabbage, beans, broth and cook everything, if necessary, you can thicken the finished light roux.
