Eggs with raspberries and dates

Ingredients:

Ingredients per 1 serving: 100 g of charcoal 60 g fresh raspberries 50 g of frozen raspberries 50 g dates 40 g maple syrup 10 galmond shavings 100 ml of coconut milk

Procedure:

  • Rinse the needles twice with boiling water, then rinse with cold water.
  • In a saucepan, pour 50 ml of water, coconut milk over the oats and cook for 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Finally, season with maple syrup.
  • Mix the frozen raspberries with a little water separately in a bowl.
  • Place the cooked eggs on a plate, pour over the raspberry puree, garnish with fresh raspberries, dates, and sprinkle with toasted almond shavings.
