Eggs stuffed with tuna

Egg halves filled with tuna spread, served with Vegetable Recipes.

Ingredients:

6 pcs egg 4 pcs tomatoes 2 pcs peppers 1 pcs small canned tuna in oil 1 pc lemon 1/2 pc onion 1/2 pc onion 30 g butter salt

Procedure:

1. Cut the boiled eggs in half lengthwise, remove the yolks, mash with butter and finely grated onion
2. Add the finely chopped tuna meat, then sprinkle with lemon and salt to taste
3. Fill the egg white bowls with the mixture, arrange them on the surface of the bowl and put around the tomato slices, sliced peppers and quartered lemon.
