Eggs Stuffed with Salmon Mousse

Serve as an appetizer with bread, count 4 pieces per person (2 eggs).

Ingredients:

10 pieces egg 100 g of smoked salmon 50 g anchovies 4 tbsp cream red pepper lemon juice parsley water water pepper
