Eggs from the oven
In baking dishes in the oven baked eggs together with roasted tomato rounds, cheese, ham … serve as an appetizer or breakfast, ideally together with toasted baguette.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Prepare 4 baking dishes, lightly grease them with butter, heat the oven to 200 °C
2. Cover the sides of the dish with ham, the bottom with cubed cheese, whisk the egg whites with cream, salt and pepper, pour this mixture over the cheese
4. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 200 °C
