Eggs baked in toast with ham and cheese

On a frying pan fried eggs, those covered with toast, after turning, surrounded by a slice of ham and cheese, one half flipped over the other and so the eggs in toast served.

Ingredients:

Rule for 1 serving: 2 pieces of toasted bread 2 pcs of egg 1 pcs ham slices 1 pcs cheese slices salt

Procedure:

  • Place the eggs in a mug or suitable smaller bowl, add salt and beat with a fork or whisk.
  • Pour the eggs into a hot frying pan with a little oil and a knob of butter, do not stir just let them set.
  • Place two toasted breads on the eggs, turn the eggs and toast over, place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on top of the eggs, after a while fold the edge of the egg over the toast, flip one toasted bread with the eggs and filling onto the other.
  • Fry for a while, then turn the toast over and toast the other side again for a while.
  • Finally, transfer to a plate and serve immediately, hot toast with eggs, ham and cheese.
