Another tip for a luxurious festive treat. Prepare your diners a tasty warm overdose of grilled eggplants baked in the oven in the form of rolls filled with provolone dolce, cherry tomatoes and basil.
Ingredients:
2 pcs
medium sized aubergines
200 g
extra virgin olive oil
cherry tomatoes
basil
pepper
salt

First, slice the eggplants into not too thick slices, salt these, let them rest for 30 minutes called.
Grill the aubergines
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters. Cut the provolone into thin slices.
Place the aubergines on a cutting board or on a plate and place the slices of provolone, sliced tomatoes, salt, pepper, chopped basil and drizzle with olive oil. Twist the aubergines into rolls and secure with a toothpick, place in a baking dish lightly greased with oil.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
