5 pcs egg yolk 1 cup icing sugar 1 packet vanilla sugar 1 tin of plain salco 1/2 litre rum

Christmas is perfect and eggnog is not to be missed…
1.
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar for at least 15 minutes.
2.
Add the vanilla sugar. Beat again for at least 5 minutes.
3.
Add the salco and stir.
4.
Finally, add rum and pour into bottle.
