Egg white slices with chocolate filling

10 pcs egg whites 15 tbsp powdered sugar 8 tbsp coarse flour 1 pk baking powder 2 handfuls breadcrumbs 2 handfuls raisins 200 g chopped nuts pcs filling 250 g Hera (butter) 2 tbsp powdered sugar 100 g bitter cooking chocolate 1 dl strong black coffee /Neska/ 2 tbsp cocoa pcs chocolate glaze

I bake this dessert when my egg whites rise with baking.

Beat the egg whites until stiff,add the powdered sugar and whisk.Mix the flour with the baking powder,add to the creamed sugar and mix lightly.Progressively add the nuts,breadcrumbs and raisins.Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake.

Make the filling by breaking the chocolate into a bowl and pouring in the hot coffee.Stir until the chocolate melts.

Beat the butter with the icing sugar until foamy,add the melted chocolate and cocoa and whisk.

Remove the paper from the dough and spread the chocolate filling evenly over the dough.Pour the chocolate glaze over the filling and allow to set.
