Egg spread with yoghurt

2 crucibles low-fat Greek white yoghurt – 0% fat (1 crucible 140 g) 4 pcs hard-boiled egg 2 cloves garlic red bell pepper, black olives 200 g hard cheese salt, black pepper ground (to taste) fresh basil fresh tomatoes

Our favourite breakfast spread.
1.
Hard boil the eggs. Grate the peppers and hard cheese on a teaspoon grater, slice the olives. Tear the fresh basil leaves into smaller pieces.

Place the yoghurt, squeezed garlic and grated cheese in a bowl. Then add the sliced olives and grated red pepper. Season with salt and pepper to taste and stir to combine.

Finally, press the hard-boiled eggs through a sieve into the mixture, sprinkle with torn fresh basil leaves and mix lightly again. If necessary, season.

Serve for breakfast. Spread on wholemeal bread. The taste of the spread goes well with the taste and aroma of fresh tomatoes.
