Egg Salad Stuffed Peppers

Coloured peppers filled with egg salad, served as a snack with bread.

Ingredients:

4 pcs large peppers 4 pcs eggplant 150 g of hard tomatoes 150 g mayonnaise 60 g onions pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Wash the peppers, cut the ends and remove the core
2. 3. Cut the peeled onions, eggs and washed tomatoes into small cubes
4. Mix the onions, eggs and tomatoes with mayonnaise, pepper and salt to taste
