Egg svítek is a traditional Czech insert into soups.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Separate the egg yolks from the whites, put them in a bowl and mix them with the flour and parsley
2. Whisk the egg whites into stiff snow, stir it into the batter, and add salt
3. Pour the batter in a layer of about 4 mm in the hot oil in the pan and slowly fry on both sides until golden brown
4. Let the candle cool slightly, then cut it into squares and add it to the soup.
