Egg pusher is always a good idea for a cold appetizer, but it can also be served as a tasty snack, along with fresh bread.

Ingredients:

1 bag of egg yolks for the egg press 1 jar of Moravanka sterilized Vegetable Recipes 250 g of Hellmans Delicate Mayonnaise 200 g quality ham 150 ml pickle juice 150 ml of Moravian pickle juice 6 pcs hard boiled eggs 1 pcs gel vegetable or chicken broth 1 pc small onion suitable molds

Procedure:

1. Let the Moravanka drip on a sieve and catch the liquor in a bowl, chop the drained Vegetable Recipes (without hot pepper), onion, ham and eggs finely
2. Add the Moravanka liquor to the cucumber liquor to make 300 ml of liquid
3. Pour 150 ml of liquor into a saucepan, add the gelatine and bring to the boil, then remove from the heat and let cool
4. In the rest of the liquor, boil the broth and let it cool down
5. In a bowl with the Vegetable Recipes and eggs, add mayonnaise and boiled gelatin and broth, mix everything thoroughly and fill either muffin or other molds with the mixture, or line a fresh foil mold for venison loin and pour the mixture into it
6. Leave to set ideally overnight in the fridge.

Recommendation:

Serve with pastries.
