Egg soft boiled or hard boiled in a bag in a water bath, seasoned with salt, paprika, or ham or other favourite ingredient.
Ingredients:
Rule for 1 serving:
2-3 pcs
of eggplant
vegetable or olive oil (whichever you prefer)
ground red pepper or other favorite spices
water to cook the eggs
salt
food foil, string or rubber bands
(ham, bacon, chives or parsley, spring onions …)
Procedure:
Cut your food foil into squares about 15 x 15 cm.
Brush the squares of foil with oil, place in a bowl, carefully crack one egg (the yolk should remain whole), add salt, red pepper or other favourite spices, and if necessary add finely chopped ham, bacon, herbs … or cook the egg just like that, alone.
Pull the edges of the foil together, tie with string (secure with a rubber band), repeat the process for the other eggs.
Put the eggs in the bag in bubbling boiling water for 5-6 minutes to soften, or let the bag cook for 7-8 minutes, then you will have hard-boiled eggs.
Remove the plastic wrap (you can untie the string, or more quickly cut the top under the knots with scissors) and serve the egg pouches immediately with, for example, toasted buttered toast.
