Egg Potatoes
Pre-cooked potatoes stuffed with egg, sprinkled with cheese, baked in foil on the grill.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Pre-cook well cleaned potatoes in boiling water for 15 minutes, drain them, cut off the top and hollow out the inside
2. Sprinkle with finely grated cheese and crack an egg into each potato, season with salt and pepper
3. Then wrap each potato in foil and bake for 7 minutes on the grill.
