Classic egg patty made from hard-boiled eggs, Vegetable Recipes, mayonnaise, ham, pickle pickle, spices and gelatin, for example from Labeta.
Ingredients:

of large hard-boiled eggs
250 g
of Vegetable Recipes (pickles, red peppers, carrots, fresh or frozen peas, sterilized or frozen corn)
100-150 g
of mayonnaise (2-3 tbsp)
100 g
of ham
150 ml
hot water
150 ml
pickle brine
1 packet
Labet egg yolk jelly
pepper
salt
Procedure:
Cut the Vegetable Recipes into uniform tiny pieces. We recommend preparing your own mix of Vegetable Recipes this way rather than using a sterilised mix, the flavour is much better. Carrots and peas can be boiled for two minutes and cooled with cold water to retain their colour.
Cut the ham and eggs into small pieces as well.
Stir a packet of gelatine for the egg press (or classic clear gelatine) thoroughly in hot water, add salt and then the pickle.
Add mayonnaise to the chopped Vegetable Recipes, ham and eggs, lightly pepper, add salt and mix thoroughly. Finally, pour in the melted gelatin and pour the finished mixture into the prepared mould.
Place in the fridge to set for at least 2-3 hours, but ideally overnight.
Before tipping out of the mould, dip the mould for a few seconds in warm water and carefully run a knife around the perimeter.
Recommendation:
Fresh pastry is best for egg puffs.
