Egg Omelette with Peas

A moist egg omelette with baked sterilised peas.

Ingredients:

Rule for 1 serving: 3 pcs of egg 50 g sterilised peas without brine 15 g butter ground black pepper ground pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Pour the beaten, lightly salted eggs into a pan of hot fat
2. Let it bake a little and then sprinkle it with drained peas, season with pepper and red pepper
3. Serve immediately.

Recommendation:

You can also just flip the omelette in the pan and finish it on the top side. In this case, do not bake it in the oven.

Note:

It is best to serve egg omelettes with boiled potatoes and mild types of vegetable salads.
