Egg omelette with parmesan and prosciutto

Egg omelette made with egg yolks, egg white snow, flour, dried ham and milk, seasoned with salt, pepper and parmesan cheese.

Ingredients:

Rule for 1 serving: 3-4 pieces of egg 1 handful of grated Parmesan 2 tbsp smooth flour 2 tbsp milk several slices of dried ham butter with a drop of oil pepper salt

Procedure:

1. First, separate the egg yolks from the whites and whip the whites
2. Next in the bowl where we have the yolks, add the milk, salt, pepper and flour, whisk and add the snow from the egg whites, which we carefully incorporate into the mixture
3. Heat the butter in a pan with a drop of oil and add the batter, when the batter is in the pan, this is when you add the torn ham, then flip the omelette, fry for a little longer until golden brown and serve
