Egg omelette with broccoli

Omelette of eggs, steamed broccoli, ham sausage and other ingredients.

Ingredients:

Rule for 2 servings: 250 g broccoli

120 g of ham sausage 20 g of pepper 20 g butter 20 g onions 2-4 pcs eggs water pepper salt

Procedure:

1. 1. Fry the finely chopped onion in half the butter, add the chopped broccoli to it so that it covers the bottom of the pan in an even layer, sprinkle the surface with ham sausage cubes
3. Whisk the eggs (1-2 pcs), salt and pepper them, pour them on the broccoli, let them bake until the eggs have curdled, then carefully transfer the omelette to a plate and fold it over, sprinkle the surface with finely chopped chives
4. Repeat the procedure, prepare two omelettes from the above ingredients.
