Egg Omelette with Bacon

An egg omelette fried in a pan in oil, served folded, filled with slices of fried English bacon.

Ingredients:

Rule for 1 serving: 3 pcs egg 3-4 tbsp water 120 g sliced English bacon chopped parsley or chives pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Fry the bacon slices in a frying pan until nicely crispy on both sides
2. When the mixture starts to fry and thicken, season it with pepper
4. Slide the finished omelette onto a plate, cover one side with the fried bacon slices and fold over, sprinkle the surface with finely chopped parsley or chives.
