Egg Nugget in Cheese Wrapper

Cooked hard cheese filled with egg mixture.

Ingredients:

300 g hard cheese in whole chopped parsley sprigs For filling: 7 pcs eggs cooked natural 60 g red peppers 60 g smoked ham 15 g

td>jelly 0.2 l flavored mayonnaise ground black pepper salt Other: potash film microtene bag long form water cress

Procedure:

1. Wrap the hard cheese in a microtene bag and boil it in water for about 30 minutes
2. Remove the cooked cheese from the bag, place it on a work surface, sprinkle with parsley and roll it between two sheets of foil
3. Fill with the prepared egg filling, cover with the remaining cheese, press slightly and set aside in the fridge for a few hours
5. After the filling has set, carefully tip it out and remove the foil

Prepare the filling: 1. Boil the red peppers in salted water
2. Slice the hard-boiled eggs, ham and cooled peppers finely, season with salt, pepper and mayonnaise
3. Finally, add the gelatin prepared according to the instructions on the package and mix everything thoroughly.
