Egg nests

Whisked snow from egg whites, spooned into a greased pan, each scoop, after a short frying in the pan, decorated with egg yolk, eggs finally baked in the oven, served preferably with fresh bread and possibly fried bacon.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Gently crack the eggs, separate the yolks from the whites, whip the whites into stiff snow, remembering to salt the whites slightly
2. Using a large spoon, place the snow whites in a greased pan, make a well, and let the whites from the bottom pull in on the heat source
3. Then carefully place one egg yolk in each nest
4. Place in an oven preheated to 220 °C and bake for 10-12 minutes
5. Serve the egg nests with, for example, toasted baguette or buttered toast and even with toasted bacon.
Recommendation:
If you fry the bacon in the pan first, you don’t need to grease the pan.
Note:
Serve immediately after removing from the oven!
