Egg muffins with bacon and cheese

A fluffy egg mixture with grated cheddar and bacon bits baked in muffin tins.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Separate the egg whites from the yolks, whip the egg whites into a stiff snow
2. Grate the cheddar cheese finely
3. Mix the egg yolks with the cream and season with salt
4. Add the cheddar to the egg yolks
5. Chop the bacon into small pieces and mix into the egg yolks
6. Finally, gently stir the snow into the yolk mixture
7. Grease the muffin tins with butter and fill with the prepared mixture
8. Bake in a preheated oven at about 180 °C until the eggs are set
9. Decorate and serve immediately with salad and bread.
