Egg Hearts by Ládi Hruška

Another of Lada Hruška’s inspirations, a recipe suitable for lovers, incurable romantics or even for children who don’t like breakfast.

Ingredients:

4 pcs of eggs 1 pc carrots 1 pc onion bulbs pepper oil salt

Procedure:

1. Clean, scrape and finely chop the carrots, also chop the onion
2. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper, then add the finely chopped onion and carrots
3. Mix the ingredients in a bowl and pour part of it into a frying pan coated with oil, once the omelette is fried, leave it on the pan, wrap half of it, then slide the whole thing to the edge of the pan and fill the vacant space with another part of the batter, after a while, continue to wrap the omelette, move it all to the edge again and fill in the vacant space with some of the batter, and continue in this way until all the carrot, onion and egg mixture has been used up.br /> 4. Remove the resulting egg roll from the pan and cut it into approximately two centimetres wide slices, then lay them on their side and cut them one by one diagonally into equally sized parts, then just flip one of them over and the heart is ready.
