Egg fritters with salami

Pancakes made of boiled pasta, grated cheese, eggs and salami, fried in fat until golden brown.

Ingredients:

200 g of cooked pasta 100 g 100 g soft salami 6 pcs eggplant 6 pcs parsley sprigs ground pepper frying oil salt

Procedure:

1. Beat the eggs with 4 tablespoons of finely grated cheese, season with salt and pepper
2. Add the finely chopped parsley, stir in the cooked, finely chopped pasta, diced salami and mix well
3. In a frying pan in heated oil, form patties with a spoon and fry them on both sides until golden brown
4. Sprinkle the rest of the grated cheese on top of the still warm pasta and serve on a leaf of green salad.
