500 ml rum 800 g sweetened condensed milk 3 pcs vanilla sugar 50 g powdered sugar

1.

Whisk the egg yolks with the icing sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy.

2.

Stir over steam and progressively add condensed milk until everything is nicely combined.

3.

Set the mixture aside and later pour in the rum and mix thoroughly. Pour the cognac into glass bottles. Cheers.
