Easy rice with chicken recipe

If you’ve recently become independent, it’s possible that this is a dish you remember from one of your grandmothers, one of those dishes that makes you nostalgic. So today, so that you don’t force your grandmother to work overtime the next time you go to see her, we’re going to teach you how to make a delicious arroz con pollo.
Ingredients
. Chicken thighs, 4 Arroz Brillante Sabroz, 1 large glass Spring onion, 1 red bell pepper, 1/2 homemade chicken stock, 2 and a half glasses as for the rice Blonde beer, 100 ml Frozen peas, 200 g Extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons Turmeric, 1 tablespoon (or a few strands of saffron) Salt Pepper
Step 1
Salt and pepper and brown them in a pan with the extra virgin olive oil over high heat (8/12), turning them so that they brown well on all sides.
Step 2
While we take the opportunity to chop the peppers and spring onions, salt them lightly and add them to the pan when the chicken is browned. Sauté them for a couple of minutes, lower the heat (5/12) and let it sauté for another 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the beer and when it stops foaming add the turmeric, mix, add the peas and broth and wait for it to boil.
Step 4
At this point, add the rice, wait for it to come to the boil, lower the heat (3/12) and let it cook for about 18-20 minutes (it is advisable to consult the instructions on the rice package). When it is ready, remove from the heat and let the rice with chicken rest for 5 minutes and serve.
