Easy egg-free brioche with the thermomix. I propose you another recipe of Brioche, a brioche without eggs, easy and simple to realize with the thermomix.
Ingredients ( 8 Portions )
– 500 g of flour
– 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
– 1 c. level teaspoon of salt
– 90 g of softened butter
– 0.25 l of milk (250ml)
– 1/2 Cube of baker’s yeast
Preparation
In the Bowl, put the flour, sugar, salt, butter, milk and yeast.
Turn on , for 4 minutes.
Put the dough in a bowl covered with a clean tea towel and let it rise for 2 to 3 hours.
Shape the dough into balls place them in the pan.
Leave to rise for another 15 minutes while the oven heats up.
Brush the brioche with milk.
Bake for 35 minutes at 180°C (th.6).
