Easy Burger Seasoning Recipe
Last Updated on
This is a simple, basic burger condiment made with a selection of chopped dried onions and various seasonings. I use a small amount of cayenne pepper in the seasoning, but feel free to leave it out if you prefer a lighter burger.
Mix the seasoning with the peanuts and cook the burgers while baking. This is suitable for grilled , fried or deep fried burgers or for those julienned burgers . You can also use the seasoning with your favorite meat or meat mixture.
What you need
1 tablespoon of paprika Optional: 2 teaspoons dried chopped onion 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon black pepper (freshly ground) 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
How to make it
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Mix 2 teaspoons of each pound with the peanuts or bake burgers as you bake them.
