Easy Brioche Bread with Thermomix

Discover the easy recipe of the inratable brioche bread in Thermomix, a delicious and soft homemade brioche bread, spread with a good jam and accompanied by a good chocolate milk, perfect for anultra-gourmand breakfast.

Ingredients:

For the dough:

360 g flour 150 g soft butter 4 eggs 20 ml whole milk 5 g dehydrated yeast 2 tablespoons honey 1 teaspoon salt

To brush:

1 egg 1 tablespoon milk

Preparation:

Put the flour, salt, eggs, honey, milk, and yeast in the bowl and then set 10 minutes on epi.
At the end of the 6 th minute add the pieces of butter through the opening.
Remove the dough then put it in a bowl, cover and let it rise for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Flour your work surface then form 3 balls with the dough without kneading it.
Place them in a cake tin, cover and leave to rise for 30 minutes.
Then brush with the egg lightly beaten with the milk.
Preheat the oven to 180°C, then bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
