Easter stuffing made from toast

Stuff prepared from slices of toasted bread, milk, eggs, chopped green parsley, onion and spices, baked in the oven until golden brown, served as a separate course or as a side dish with roast chicken.

Ingredients:

1 packet of Penam light bread 1-2 dcl td>milk 1 handful chopped green parsley 2 pieces egg 1 pk onion pepper salt baking paper

Procedure:

1. Pour milk over the toasted bread in a bowl and let it sit for 15 minutes to soak
2. In the meantime, fry the peeled, diced or thinly sliced onion in a frying pan until golden brown
