Easter cupcakes with egg, ham and cheese

Nontraditional treat in the form of toasted bread cups filled with ham, cheese and egg. Finally, briefly baked in the oven.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Trim the toasted bread crusts
2. Then roll the slices about halfway
3. Place the bread slices in the muffin tins, buttered side down, so that they do not stick to the tin
5. Line the baskets with good quality ham or other sausage
6. Sprinkle a teaspoon of cheddar cheese into each cupcake
7. Beat one egg into the cupcakes, making sure the yolk stays whole
8. Sprinkle the surface with pepper and salt
9. Preheat the oven to 220°C
10. When the egg whites are set, turn off the oven, but leave the cupcakes in the closed oven for about 3 minutes
11. Serve the cupcakes decorated with herbs.
Recommendation:
Serve with vegetable salad.
