Easter candle with nettles

Grits scalded with hot milk, mixed with egg yolks, scalded nettles, butter and stiff snow from egg whites, baked in the oven.

Ingredients:

6 tablespoons of steamed and chopped young nettle leaves 4-5 tablespoons of hot milk 4 tablespoons 2 tablespoons melted butter 1 tsp salt 4 pcs of egg

Procedure:

1. Wash semolina with hot milk, add butter, 4 egg yolks and salt, beat well
2. Stir in the scalded and chopped nettles, and finally stir in the stiff snow beaten from 4 egg whites
3. Spread the mixture into a well-greased tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180-190 °C for about 20 minutes.
