Easter calta
Easter dessert recipe.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Add the flour lightly with salt, sugar, melted butter, eggs, egg yolks, vanilla, sourdough starter, lemon zest and cream to make a stiffer dough
2. Roll out the prepared dough
3. Place the pancake on a greased baking tray, brush it with the snow from the egg whites and sprinkle generously with pre-cooked, drained and finely chopped prunes
4. Dust with grated gingerbread, spray with melted butter and bake in an oven heated to 180 °C
