Easter calta

Easter dessert recipe.

Ingredients:

500 g smooth flour 300 g dried prunes 150 g of butter 150 g of sugar 50 g of gingerbread 40 g of yeast 2-2.5 dl of cream 3 pcs yolks 1 pcs eggs 3 egg whites lemon zest vanilla sugar salt butter for pouring

Procedure:

1. Add the flour lightly with salt, sugar, melted butter, eggs, egg yolks, vanilla, sourdough starter, lemon zest and cream to make a stiffer dough
2. Roll out the prepared dough
3. Place the pancake on a greased baking tray, brush it with the snow from the egg whites and sprinkle generously with pre-cooked, drained and finely chopped prunes
4. Dust with grated gingerbread, spray with melted butter and bake in an oven heated to 180 °C
