Baked potatoes with bacon and eggs.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Make a stiff dough with flour, a pinch of salt and one egg and line a buttered pie tin with it
2. Spread half of the bacon on the dough, then the slices of salted peeled potatoes, the leek, and finally the other part of the bacon
5. Pour in three salted and peppered beaten eggs and bake until red
6. Cut into individual portions and serve.
