Slices of white pork topped with sliced cheese, ham and butter, fried in oil.

Procedure:
Fold each piece of toast into two slices of white bread:
1. Place half a slice of cheese on the bottom slice, pepper it, then place a thicker slice of ham, season again with pepper and salt, place another half slice of cheese, pepper it and cover with the other slice of the white bread
2. Brush the surface of each toast with butter

Recommendation:
To crisp the toasts on both sides, bake them in a fireproof dish in the oven.
