Dutch cheese soup with meat and mushrooms

500 g melted cream cheese 400 g ground beef 150 g mushrooms 200 g melted hot cheese 2 cubes broth 2 pcs leek 1.5 liters water 1 tbsp oil to taste salt to taste ground black pepper

1. Pour the water into the pot and add the bouillon cubes. Boil for a while and add the melted cream cheese. Cook the soup over medium heat until the cheese melts. 2. In a frying pan, fry the beef in hot oil seasoned with salt and pepper. Add finely chopped mushrooms and leeks. 3. Stir the mixture into the soup with the melted hot cheese. Simmer everything for a while and serve.
