Dumplings with mushroom sauce

The mushroom season is in full swing, and that’s why the recipe for mushroom sauce must not be missing here, in which you can make beautiful use of your forest catches. You’ll love the mushroom sauce with white wine and vegetable broth, especially if you choose a traditional dumpling as a side dish.

Ingredients:

Number of servings: 4 servings 400 g of mushrooms 50 g butter 10 g shallots 0.3 l cream 0.2 l of vegetable stock 0.2 lwhite wine crushed cumin pepper sugar oil salt sour dumplings from PASTELAK, Sr. r. o.

Procedure:

Place finely chopped shallots in hot oil and let them brown. Then add the roughly chopped mushrooms and sauté.

Cover with white wine and let it simmer. Add the vegetable stock, cream, salt, pepper and cumin.

Reduce everything over a low heat for 20 minutes. You can season with sugar and add butter to soften.

Serve with the dumplings.
